Exchange, Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for purchasing our products. In order to serve you better, we have listed out some of our policies regarding our Exchange, Return and refund policies.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Should the product come defected upon delivery (see below for definition*), customers are to inform us within 48 hours of reception to prevent discrepancy. Please email us your purchase details (with photos if possible) and problems faced to support@myfirst.tech.
We will inform you to send the item back once we received your email. Once the item is received, the team will inspect the item before deciding the next possible solution for you. If the item is found to have defects, a brand new set will be sent to you for free. If the item is found to be working, the same set will be sent back to you. The entire process could take up to one month.
