Exchange, Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for purchasing our products. In order to serve you better, we have listed out some of our policies regarding our Exchange, Return and refund policies. Please take some time to read through and understand them. They might come in handy in future.
Should the product come defected upon delivery (see below for definition*), customers are to inform us within 48 hours of reception to prevent discrepancy. Please email us your purchase details (with photos if possible) and problems faced to firstname.lastname@example.org We will inform you to send the item back once we received your email. Once the item is received, the team will inspect the item before deciding the next possible solution for you. If the item is found to have defects, a brand new set will be sent to you for free. If the item is found to be working, the same set will be sent back to you. The entire process could take up to one month.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may choose to return the product in full working condition with their original package and contents within 30 days of reception, which will be based on tracking information provided by the third-party courier. The buyer is responsible for any cost incurred in shipping back the product to us.
All refunds will only be validated and processed after an investigation of the returned product. Should the product be found to be damaged through customer misuse, tampering or full package is not sent back, myFirst reserves the rights to withhold the refund fully or partially.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account after 3-5 working days after receiving our refund email. It may take days to weeks for your bank to update their system.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You are responsible for sending the product with a trackable method. If the parcel has gone missing or failure to reach us, myFirst will not be held responsible. Refunds and exchanges will only apply to items received by us. Please inform us at email@example.com before you proceed with any returns. Uninformed return parcels will not be entertained.
Please clearly include your order number and indicate it as a return. The format should be "Return-#xxxx" with "xxxx" being your order number.
*Definition of defect product upon delivery: 1) Unable to charge/power up; 2) Missing parts (excluding picking tool and SIM card picker, instructional manual, etc);
