the first time i wanted to link the watch to the phone is quite diffucult plus they dont have physical store here in malaysia. every enquiry i need to do via customer service which is quite difficult to get. Finally as i google they also have enquiry via whatsapp though it takes a while for them to connect me with their agent to assist me. Once the agent responded to me he/she help me to link the watch to my phone & answered all my question regarding the watch. Now it works just like i wanted to get in touch with my daughter while she is at school.
The watch and the video call have very good quality. The features that is missing is the ability to add esim from a local service provider.
Ordered the S3 MyFirstFone Watch charging cable on 14 Dec and received before noon on 16 Dec. fast service. Regret not buying more items.
