Choose your preferred method — online or walkin at our store. From receiving an estimate to returning your device, we’ll assist you at every stage.

  • WALK-IN

    1. Visit the myFirst HQ at:

    Johor Bahru, Johor.

    Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (GMT +8).

    2. Upon inspection and acceptance of your device's condition, you will receive a discount code to purchase a new device immediately. (The value of the discount code will depend on the condition of your old device.)

  • COURIER

    1. Initiate your trade-in request by sending an email to support@myfirst.tech or a WhatsApp message to +65 8163 0336. Our customer support team will assist you further.

    2. After receiving a ticket ID from our customer support team, you may proceed to send your device to the following address:

    3. Provide us with the tracking number or tracking link via email.

    4. Upon receipt of your device and confirmation of its acceptable condition, we will send you the voucher code via email.

    5. You may then redeem the voucher code on the myFirst Official Online Store.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Ensure to attach the ticket ID on your parcel for identification purposes.
  • Do not send your watch before receiving our agreement and your ticket ID.
  • By agreeing to the terms and conditions, the customer is bound to follow them, and failure to comply may result in the termination of the trade-in process.
